Ransarve VTU Platform — Lagos, Nigeria
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Ransarve and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including individuals and businesses.
2. Our Services
Ransarve provides the following services: - Airtime top-up (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile) - Mobile data bundle purchase (SME and Regular plans) - Cable TV subscription renewal (DStv, GOtv, StarTimes) - Electricity bill payment (all major DISCOs) - Wallet-to-wallet transfers between Ransarve users - Wallet funding via manual bank transfer
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ransarve. One person may not operate multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we suspect of fraud, abuse, or multiple registration.
4. Wallet Funding
You can fund your Ransarve wallet by making a manual bank transfer to our designated account. A processing fee of ₦50 is deducted from every manual transfer at the point of approval. Funds are credited to your wallet only after admin verification of your payment proof. Ransarve is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment proof uploads or transfers made to the wrong account. Minimum funding amount is ₦100.
5. Purchases & Transactions
All purchases are made from your Ransarve wallet balance. Once a transaction is initiated and your wallet has been debited, it cannot be reversed unless the service delivery fails. In the event of a failed delivery confirmed by our VTU provider, a refund will be credited back to your wallet within 24 hours. Ransarve uses third parties API as service providers; availability of specific plans depends on these third-party providers.
6. Transfer Fees
Wallet-to-wallet transfers attract a 2.5% fee on the transfer amount, deducted from the sender's wallet. This fee is non-refundable. The minimum transfer amount is ₦100. Transfers are instant and irreversible once confirmed — double-check the recipient before confirming.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when a confirmed service failure occurs (e.g. airtime not delivered, data not activated, subscription not renewed). To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +2349160789911 with your transaction ID within 24 hours of the failed transaction. We do not issue refunds for transactions where the service was successfully delivered, regardless of user dissatisfaction with the plan choice.
8. Referral Programme
The Ransarve referral programme allows users to earn wallet credits by inviting new users. Referral bonuses are funded from the profit margin on the referred user's qualifying first transaction — no upfront bonus is paid on signup alone. Ransarve reserves the right to modify referral bonus amounts, minimum qualifying purchase thresholds, or discontinue the programme at any time. Abuse of the referral programme (e.g. self-referral, fake account creation) will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all referral earnings.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Ransarve to: - Fund accounts with fraudulently obtained money - Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional offers - Attempt to manipulate wallet balances through technical exploits - Use the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity - Harass, impersonate, or defraud other users Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
10. Service Availability
Ransarve aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to VTU provider outages, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control. We will communicate planned maintenance via in-app notices where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ransarve is not liable for losses arising from third-party VTU provider failures, network downtime, or incorrect information provided by the user (e.g. wrong phone number, wrong meter number). Our maximum liability to any user for any claim is limited to the value of the failed transaction.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms. If your account is suspended due to fraud or abuse, any wallet balance may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for any other reason, your wallet balance will be refunded to a bank account you provide within 7 business days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of Ransarve shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
